Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Corporate - Beaverton, OR
Job Summary:
The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple projects within the Information Services (Technology) department, working closely with project staff and project team members cross functionally across all levels in the organization. This position will help support multiple projects within our IS department and will work closely with the IS Director, PMO and BSA's for projects assigned.
Essential Position Functions:
• Coordinate with project team members on any new product, program or system launches
• Manages and updates project management database and/or manages project documentation in designated file sharing locations.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established project management framework including all required documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all parts of an assigned project progress according to pre-determined timelines and deadlines, monitoring and communicating completion of milestones.
• Assist project team members with project tasks and resource scheduling as required.
• Ensure meeting team members have the necessary supplies and resources to complete their tasks.
• Support drafting and distribution of project related materials (project plans, training and testing plans, project Status, etc.).
• Schedule stakeholder meetings including documenting meeting minutes and generating any needed follow-up communications.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and deepen partnerships with third-party vendors where required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Plan meetings, organize project logistics, and manage reports.
• Researches and resolves project issues and questions.
• Tracks and manages project status, deliverables, budgets and corrects timelines as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years experience in project management required
• Experience in Information Services/Information Technology project coordination preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient using Microsoft 365 Applications.
• Ability to prioritize workload to ensure tight deadlines are met.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Office environment
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
Exempt only: This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
