Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring complete customer "delight" and specifically as it pertains to quality, responsiveness, communications, proactiveness and value for an assigned geographic location. To successfully fulfill this job position, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

Works well with others in a team environment and is helpful and courteous to customers.Communicate with customers on-site on a routine basis to discuss the customers priorities and to inform the customer of scheduled maintenance tasks, progress reports, and courtesy call as required. Must be helpful and courteous to customers. Works well in a team environment.Attend Homeowner's Association Meetings as necessary (minimum of 2 meetings).Schedule job site walk through inspection with customers as required.Ensure crew members properly care for and use of power equipment in accordance with OSHA safety regulations. Ensure equipment is in good operating order and crew members are trained in proper and safe operations.Possess and maintain a company planner.Maintain and keep available in company planner customer addenda and expectation notes from message center. Ensure Crew Leader also keeps current addenda and expectations in their planner.Performs regular employee performance appraisals a minimum of one time per year for assigned direct reports.Personnel Management includes but is not limited to, disciplinary actions, promotions, raises, terminations and changes of status.Must approve and ensure that all hours sheets, job billing sheets and other field reports are submitted on time and accurately to the administrative staff.Will be provided through the course of work, confidential and proprietary information. In order to ensure the protection of this information, will be required to agree and sign a nondisclosure, noncompetition agreement.Assist in preparing estimates, collecting production data, sales presentations, negotiating, and renewing contracts.Complies with all established company policies and procedures.As a salaried exempt employee, may be required to work after hours or on weekends to accomplish goals. Arrive to the yard a minimum of 20 minutes before crews dispatch and 30 minutes after crew completed work day. Be available by phone weekdays until 5:00pm
