The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of field service technicians and ensuring that all service calls are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The supervisor will be responsible for scheduling service calls, assigning technicians to specific jobs, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available for each job. The supervisor will also be responsible for training new technicians and ensuring that all technicians are up-to-date on the latest industry standards and best practices.

Monitor the performance of technicians and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Ensure that all service calls are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
Maintain accurate records of service calls, including time spent on each job and materials used
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all technicians are properly trained on safety procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service role
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
