Day Shift Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.

Maintenance Technician - must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
Perform preventative maintenance on equipmentInstall, test, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, modify, and repair equipmentFabricate basic parts as needed for machine repair24-volt troubleshootingComplete maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient mannerWork with machine operators, production supervisors, and contractors to resolve specific mechanical problems and repairsSuccessfully manage multiple assignments through effective prioritization andtime managementMaintain a clean and organized work areaGood eye for detail is requiredAbility to work independentlyLift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly
