The Digital Strategy Manager oversees digital systems and external vendors responsible for the National Sports Centers digital presence, ensuring that all digital channels are efficient, effective, strategic and aligned with firm growth and brand goals. Provides strategic expertise in marketing funnels, digital channels, audience targeting, automation, personalization and others to enhance engagement and visibility. Leverages data and collaborates with content, design, marketing planning, sales, and technology teams to optimize digital campaigns and channels, driving performance and maximizing results for both clients and prospects. Digital Strategy Support: Acquires/strengthens fluency with the National Sports Centers Hub Spot, the essential platform used by the Marketing team that manages customer lists, email communications, blogs, and other key marketing functions Conducts ongoing review and auditing of websites to ensure accuracy, updates, and other needed changes Provides support to the organization as needed with technical support by setting up Point of Sale systems, ticketing, assisting with event registrations, live streaming and other functions Provides strategic direction on marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and personalization, using data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of digital channels. Manages the continuous improvement and makes recommendations for the organizations website, leveraging data, UX knowledge, and technology trends to enhance usability and effectiveness for visitors and to support in achieving business outcomes. Continuously reviews and improves technology tools and digital platforms, ensuring they align with firm goals and enhance usability, visitor experience, and business outcomes. Creates and presents detailed reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to optimize future digital activities. Manages relationships with external vendors, ensuring the selection of the right tools and services to support digital marketing strategies. Market Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to align with the companys business objectives, identifying target markets, segments, and value propositions. Support market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to effectively position and differentiate our products in the market. Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to inform marketing and business development strategies. Develops, executes, and optimizes a robust digital marketing strategy across platforms, including SEM, display advertising, paid social, retargeting, email marketing, and website performance. Proactively provide input on requirements for future events and programs. Sales Enablement and Support: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys product portfolio. Establish automated sales solutions and provide ongoing support to sales team Ensure relevancy and accuracy of marketing content and assets to align with sales strategy. Measure and report on sales performance and market trends.
