Responsibilities
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources at the Company's Corporate Office located in Lodi, CA.
What You'll Do
- Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate hiring processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Compliance and Recordkeeping: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate employee development programs.
- Training and Development: Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals, succession planning, and workforce development.

Qualifications
What You'll Need
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to use good judgment in decision making.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and efficiently in English, draft accurate and professional written communications, and check for spelling and grammatical errors.

Education and Specifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related degree desirable.
- Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
