Program Manager I (College Assistant Financial Auditor) (Finance)

Description:
This position works in the Dean's Office at the C. T. Bauer College of Business. Successful candidates will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, work well under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects while remaining flexible and positive. This will require exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Further, successful candidates will effectively communicate with all levels of management and fellow employees and be able to manage multiple employer relationships.
This position assists the Dean's office business financial operations team in the Bauer College of Business. This position is responsible for auditing goods/service procurement, expense reimbursement, cost center management, travel arrangements, and any other business operations activities for the college.
Preferences:
• Candidates who are detailed oriented.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Finance and university financials: including but not limited to vouchers and journals.
• Experience with excel and willing to learn.
