Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a CNC Operator 1to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or develop their careers in precision machining within the medical device industry.

Read, follow, and complete company routers and perform work as assigned by a Group Leader.
Operate one or more types of CNC production equipment.
Load and unload machines according to outlined cycle times.
Select appropriate settings on CNC machines and make offsets and/or adjustments as needed.
Perform tool changes as required.
Execute and follow inspection plans, including work instructions, and utilize standard and/or specialized inspection equipment.
Detect and report defective material or questionable conditions to a Group Leader.
Maintain and track production goals on a daily basis.
Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed in a manufacturing environment.
