Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support the shared services center in a fast paced and changing environment.
High school diploma. Associates degree is preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of secretarial/administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, specific databases and systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to exercise judgment in handling confidential/sensitive information.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Strong team player always willing to put the work, time and effort required to get the job done.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Task-oriented with high sense of urgency.
Compiles information, formats, prepares and distributes reports as required.
Provides confidential administrative support that may include screening calls and visitors, preparing expense reimbursement and check request forms, gathering routine information and maintaining confidential files.
Maintains confidentiality and privacy of all data, procedures, records, forms reports and any other sensitive information.
Provides backup support to other administrative staff, special project support and other duties as assigned.
Answers phone, takes messages, routes calls and assists callers when appropriate.
May order and maintain departmental supplies to ensure efficient supply of necessary items.
