Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems.
Partner with regional leadership teams to develop community leadership teams, holding them accountable for exceptional resident care and financial outcomes.
Review, develop, and assist in the implementation of consistent company-wide and community-based policies and procedures, exceeding state and regulatory minimum requirements.
Conduct comprehensive rounds assessing compliance with quality care standards, environmental services, government regulations, and company policies.
