Data Outcome Specialist (Personal Services)

Volunteers of America is a federal and stated funded comprehensive early childhood education program with a focus on child development that includes a child's cognitive, physical and social emotional growth and development. The program fosters Family Engagement in all areas of a child's development and provides comprehensive resources to low income families in the areas of health, nutrition and community resources.
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Family Services Coordinator, the Preschool Data Outcome Specialist will be responsible for the data input and monitoring of Data Base System and interpreting data results for program improvement.

Qualification, Education and Experience:
Education:
• Associate Degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience working with Data Base System.
• Experience with recordkeeping, reporting, and monitoring of Data Base System and other required documentation for accuracy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must have ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Data Base System).
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Communication skills that foster appropriate interactions with staff, families and outside agencies.
• Must have knowledge of State Guidelines and Community Care Licensing.
